Guys, Does this guy like me. Im confused?

Once in awhile i run into a male coworker from another department, every time we start talking normally then suddenly it feels like there's electricity between us and the air is heavy. We only talk about work topics so I don't know if I am imagining this? Maybe im imagining it but the eye contact is long and i hurry to look away so he doesn’t notice me panicking. For example we had a company photo& I noticed through the crowd he was looking at me we made eye contact& i panicked and looked away. Am i going crazy and if there is this feeling of tension.. is it usually mutual or likely thay he's feeling it? My mind has been going wild and his eyes and body language make me feel like he wants me. Its hard to get him out of my head

No I actually find myself avoiding him because he makes me nervous and my work looks down upon coworker relationships. But when we run into each other I am feel vibes from him
