Is it normal for in a 7 year relationship my boyfriend doesn’t hold on to my boobs/bum when hugging etc?

He really only spanks my bum or grabs it in the passing and will do silly things like that
If we’re sitting watching tv he won’t hold onto my boobs or bum

When hugging in bed too he doesn’t do this either
