Is he interested in me?

So I met this guy about 2 months ago becuase my friend knew him, it wasn't a date it was a casual meeting and after that he started to follow me on Instagram after he saw me. My friend organized a date after a week and we met again, after this he started to kinda like some of my IG stories and he even replied starting a conversation but it didn't lead to something like hanging out becuase we don't really know each other that well. I then posted a story with the instagram sticker " ask me a question" and he replied asking me what I think of him. I told him that even tho we don't really know each other that well that he seemed like a good guy and that he was cute but we didn't get to see each other anymore... He replied with thanks with heart and he said " we will surely have time to get to know each other better " we talked again a little bit but just small conversation. After this I met him again last week because he was hanging out with my friend and some other people, and I happened to be there. We were in a group but he was always walking near me which I found strange because it was so easy to notice and trying to insert himself in conversations with me and asking me questions. After this "date" he kinda got phisical and to greet me he kissed me on the cheek (we don't really have much confidence even tho we talk to each other normally with no problem) after this he is stil liking some of my IG stories. I'm kinda interested in him, should I text him or do something? What should I do? (Also my friend confirmed me that he said I'm really good looking and attractive and that the first time he saw me he wanted to come up and talk to me but then he saw I was not alone but with a my friend)
