Is being friends with your failed talking stage worth it?

Just a question I want an answer to if you are friends after a failed talking stage and u guys are casually flirting and he is calling you everyday and the phone calls last for more than 2 hrs can you even class that as a friendship or is it something more?

It is frustrating because the relationship never goes anywhere. And they get worse and worse as time goes on. I walked away just before it became crazy psycho stalker. It gets old quick. Perhaps, you have better patience than i do !!

If he's calling you every day and often for 2 hours then he obviously likes talking to you - that's not a failed talking stage. If you want more than friendship, I would start to withdraw so he knows that you're not there to be messed around and won't tolerate being an option. Let him do some work and admit what he wants out of this relationship.
