How can I get my introverted guy friends to go somewhere and hangout when they don’t go out?

Made friends with a group of introverted guys who aren’t super popular but they don’t go outside. I’m a very social person and as soon as I got to college it was just partying 24/7 going everywhere. I’m like a polar opposite to all of them.

honestly I like 1 of the guys out go the group (though I enjoy all of them) and I wanna be also to see him outside of school and hangout in a cute outfit without asking him out on a date.

How can I convince them to go somewhere with me and maybe a few other friends?

As a fellow introvert i would suggest you find an interest which is so super cool it beats his introvertedness.

Which this may be depends 100% on him, it may be a band he likes or a boardgame night. Or a knitting circle or a painting course...

Tell them that if they go out with you, you MIGHT let them touch your tits. Show them a good time to get them out of their shells and see how much fun can be had and then just forget all about the tit squeezing promise. If they ask for it by the end of the night say, "I said, I MIGHT let you touch them! I didn't say I WOULD!" If you actually don't mind them touching you tits, go for it!

If they're introverted, why push them out of that? They're comfortable with how they spend time. Don't try to change them.
If you wanted to hang out and go to parties, you should find some extroverted people who like doing the same.

Why not do as the romans do? Instead of forcing others to do things they aren't comfortable with, why not play on their terms?
