There is a guy at my work building that has been flirting with me non stop for over 1 month.
I’m 100% sure he’s interested and attracted.
Besides the obvious ( staring , locking eyes , smiling , winking, constant compliments, saying I’m a beautiful woman , been caring, sharing a bunch of personal things, asking so many questions about me, touching me on my arm )
He’s been doing super cute things lately like going downstairs where I work for no reason
Explaining me he’s single and looking for a serious relationship ( and saying indirectly he doesn’t have a wife and kids yet ) in funny ways.
And just today, he shared with me that his company is organizing a huge Christmas party at a hotel in the countryside with 300 employees. He told me everybody including couples who work in the company will have their own rooms. when he said that, I made a silly comment : “ do you think it’s a little risky that your company or organizing a party at the hotel, buying a lot of booze and booking hotel rooms? What if employees are tempted to sleep together? ‘’
And he replied : ‘’ oh well , it may be awkward but, it’s no biggie , as long as it’s consensual besides , you can’t prevent that ! ‘’ . After our convo, he tells his colleague randomly and out loud : “ you know , I have a room all for myself ! I’ll be alone in my room ! “
I thought it was kinda cute lol ( oh well, maybe there’s nothing behind it ! )
However ….
The man is 40 years old ( I’m 30) and he’s never been married , no kids. He’s also charming !! Don’t get me wrong, it’s GREAT that he has never been married and has no kids, but I can’t help but think if all those years you were living like this , how do I know you’re looking for something serious NOW?
Even though , no relationship started between us, I’m not sure if he’s looking for a serious relationship or he just want to have fun with me?

I wouldn't worry that he hasn't pulled the trigger. As a man in a similar position, I wouldn't marry a woman who doesn't meet my standards. Some women who do meet my standards think things like you do that I'm not serious because I haven't had kids yet and so I get even older... it's like a self fulfilling prophecy.
I mean , it’s great he doesn’t have kids and is not married. It’s like too good to be true. He’s also handsome and charming.
But I get your point , some people just didn’t find the right person for them and rather just wait to find the person or not get married or having kids.
Right so then he's into you and you deny him because... he's too good to be true... then the same thing happens to him again in 2 years when he finds the next one smh.
I have girls from my past come back saying they should have gave me a chance when they see me serious w another girl and I'm like nah too late. You missed it and I don't go backwards.
Yea he might be like Leonardo Dicaprio, though men can have children at old age.
