So there's this guy who goes to my uni and ever since I glanced over and smiled at him, he began constructing this 'thing' where he'd stand afar and lock eyes with mine without letting go. He always stares from a distance and if I look back, he'd stare continuously to the point where I start feeling like I'm in some 'spiritual/hypnotic' trance. Sometimes I turn the corner, but he'd bend over to keep watching me. I tried approaching him but he wouldn't respond, and it's been going on for almost 5 years.

See ma'am guys are kinda this if they have feelings for you they would chase you.. They want to be around you...
This is happening coz he has the fear that maybe you don't have same feelings for him and you will leave him.
The best way is to clear things wid him..
I tried talking to him, but he ignores me. He never responds back. He does not want a relationship with me at all. He just wants to keep things going like this

The thing is he recently got married too, but he tried hiding his marriage from me.
