What's gonna happen if you end up with a little girl of your own and either her mom left you, was left in a coma or some other vegetative condition, or died while the girl was still a baby and she got to that age and wanted to know what's going on with her body and you can't tell her because you were too freaked out to learn about it when you had the chance?
What is it about learning about this stuff that bugs the hell out of you?
For that matter, maybe if boys were taught this stuff, there'd be a lot fewer unwanted pregnancies! They know how to fuck but, do they know how to be responsible for their actions?
It's just not directly useful knowledge for most guys. No girl is gonna ask me to educate her on menstruation. Not because she doesn't trust me or because I don't know (I do know), but because I'm not a woman.
There's just things you don't know about stuff like that without going through those things for yourself. I can't know a ton about what a woman goes through on her period; I'm not a woman.

I was an emergency medical technician, a sailor, a public safety officer in a hospital and an outpatient psych clinic, then a teaching assistant in a residential school for troubled youth, and I just finished student teaching middle schoolers. On top of that I have two daughters. That doesn't scare me. Bring it!

I’m not really scared to know. I’m just not a woman so it really doesn’t concern me much.
I'm not and never was but this is a great question.
I wouldn’t say I’m in any way scared about all that it’s just my mother and sister seem to be handling just fine.
I was never afraid to learn. I am married and I raised a daughter.
I’m ready to learn the ropes when I get a girlfriend and see wants to talk about them.
