Toxic relationship major trust issues we are constantly fighting I find a like pin with the letter M , not my initial or anyone we know?

Trust issues, he didn’t work for the last 2years but is working now been with him 12 years and he is still married and says he didn’t love her like me he promises and never follows through he didn’t get a present for Christmas and said it’s my fault I took his money (bills) but spends at least 30 a week on his game, The thing that I can’t take anymore is I tell him to leave it’s over he won’t leave he acts like everything is ok doesn’t talk about or change just tells me I change my mind like my underwear but I be never changed what I want to be married be better I don't know please help I’m going craxy
