Guys, How do guys feel about their ex being loyal after breakup?

If, say, 4 months have passed in a breakup and the two people talk to catch up. The girl tells him she hasn’t been with any other men since him. How does this make the man feel? Will this just boost his ego or will he feel more likely to want her back since she’s so loyal to him?

It’s embarrassing for the girl, will only boost guys ego
It’s honorary for the girl, the guy will more likely want her back
