Is this manipulation?

I was pretty upset at my boyfriend yesterday, even thinking of leaving him.

I was telling him the issues about him and how I'm disgusted.

Why was he looking at engagement rings on our way to a family event?

I saw, as I saw on his phone but he wasn't too sly about it.

I felt it was a manipulative tactic, maybe?

Not saying he won't do it on his own persay... it's just why do it when we've both been fighting all day and I'm thinking of leaving?

Is this manipulation?
