We get along pretty well. The issue lies with everytime he sees me he hugs me and everytime he sees me he says hi. If i don't text him for the whole day best believe by the end of the day i get a message about if i'm okay, He texts me good, goes along with all my request and always invites me outside. He plans outings based on stuff that i like but he says he doesn't want a girlfriend. Yet he notices the slightest shift in my mood and does anything to make me feel better. Then he agrees to everything I say on top of that. Then he blurts out i love you and doesn't stop until i say it back but says he doesn't want a girlfriend. Pretty sure he would go along with my bad ideas. He gets along with my siblings and nephews, i've met some of his friend, he got a new job in a different parish but assured me he wasn't gonna move when he noticed i was happy for him but sad. Then he tells me all about his day and what he's up too but he doesn't want a girlfriend. I honestly don't get it.

Sounds to me like he doesn't want anything formal in the form of a relationship at this juncture in his life so their is nothing to stress about. Just a really good friend who is a girl to hangout with.

He doesn’t want to ruin getting sex from you. Sorry to be blunt about it but if a guy doesn’t want a relationship but doing things to keep you around, that is all it is.
