Should we avoid introducing any female friends to our guy friend?

My bestie and I have a friend called *Jack;* who gets sweaty and flustered around pretty women. He’s fat, unattractive and middle aged and hits on women ten to twenty years younger. He blew our chances of befriending a woman *Sienna* by acting sweaty and flustered around her and he was twice her age. We can’t really point out to him that his behaviour is embarrassing to us and scary to other women. He’s an Aspie and he’ll just have a meltdown and think we’re being mean to him.
