The guy I am living with told me about wanting to confess his feelings to the girl he likes at work. I gave him all the courage to do it then she rejected him and he got sad. He is trying to act otherwise but I can feel him and I want to make him feel better, but I don’t know how because I’ve never been in a relationship. I am not sad for that stupid girl rejecting him because he deserves better.
often work dating isn't a good idea anyways so likely better off in the long run for him that he's not dating her. although he doesn't see it that way now , its tough to get to the point where your ready to confess your feelings for someone only to be rejected. but he maybe went about it wrong and came on way too strong for her liking

Don't get involved. At most, distract him with other things (or encourage him to distract himself) for a little while. What he needs is some time - a week or so - and he should be fine all on his own.

I mean that's nice an all but that's not your responsibility. He needs to learn how to accept rejection. Every man even the best looking ones experience rejection and should be expected to not let it affect them
That depends on whether or not you like him as more than friends.
Either just hang out as per usual, or ask him out. It's best to not dwell on the bad.
"I am not sad for that stupid girl rejecting him" If you lack empathy, then it is doubtful that you can do anything to make him feel better.
That entirely depends on your relationship with him? Would you ever be with him?
Also, do you give advice? I sent you a dm, if you are comfortable chatting.
Let him heal from it, time is the only medicine for this, he will be fine
All you can do at this point is to support him and let him heal.
Do you and him just live together or do you also go out together?
Just don't, you'll likely just make it worse. Rejection is like a tire fire. You just got to let it burn.
You're 18 and living with a guy, unmarried? You know that's a sin, right?
Just give him space rejection is a way of life for men sooner or later we all get rejected
Not your problem. Forget about it.
