How to stop freezing when talking to a female I like?

Today I found out I was way off by age and thought she was like 22-25 but she’s in her mid-30’s and married with a kid but still really really beautiful. I’m no longer going to try to ask her out obviously after I found out those things but is there a way to stop freezing when talking to her?

I think you need to look at WHY exactly you're freezing. What are the thoughts going though your head at the time. What is it that's causing you to freeze. It doesn't sound like you had this problem until you found out she was older and married? or am I mistaken about that?

Has this ever happened to you before with other girls? If not, what is different to you about this one?

She is married. Friendship would be a waste since you were initially into her. Those feelings will never fully go away. Give her space
