It's hard to say exactly why he's ignoring you after the first meeting, as there could be many reasons. He may have realized that he's not interested in pursuing anything further, he may be busy with other things in his life, or he may simply not be good at communicating.
Regardless of the reason, the best thing you can do is to respect his decision and move on. Don't continue to pursue him if he's not showing interest, as this can come across as desperate or pushy. Instead, focus on meeting new people and keeping yourself busy with other activities that you enjoy.
If he does eventually reach out to you again, you can decide at that point whether or not you're still interested in getting to know him. But in the meantime, it's important to prioritize your own well-being and not invest too much time or energy into someone who's not reciprocating your interest.
