Why are men so overly nice to me when I'm not even out of this world stunning?

This post sounds so dumb but I'm actually a very insecure person. I guess I'm normal and pretty with makeup, my hair done and everything and the way I dress probably play a role too but guys are always so nice to me and I wonder if every girl experiences this

Men pay for my stuff a lot, strangers. Like for example last weekend I went to to a party and the guy behind me just said to the bouncer he'll pay for us both. People also insist on paying for stuff like my drinks a lot, or bus drivers will let me on for free stuff like that etc. I got caught without a ticket on a train 3 times, the woman didn't let me go but the men did. I don't know if that sounds dumb

Men also stare at me a lot. When I'm outside with my friends they always tell me how everyone is looking at us "because of me"

Does that mean I'm pretty or could it be the way I dress sometimes. Like on that party last weekend I was wearing a lace dress but people also look when I'm wearing jeans and a shirt but I don't think I'm that pretty. Like there's definitely girls prettier than me like what kind of treatment must they get
