Why didn’t he ask for my age?

I finally had a conversation with the guy I like and I asked him how old he was he just gave a little laugh and said “why?”Like why did he ask me that? I was like oh I’m just curious then he said his age and continued to have a conversation with me for at least 5 mins we talked about random stuff like what schools we went to where we live and when I started working there etc but the time I thought he was going to ask for my age but not once did he ask that and why did hr laugh and say “why” when I asked him his age? Is that a sign of disinterest?

I went quiet after asking his age etc he continued the conversation with me this was the first time usually he’s super shy but he actually stood there a few minutes just talking to me

He’s younger that’s why I was like why didn’t he ask but I def look at least 18 or 19

You should probably get that age outta him no lie, just to be sure, if he looks young and is avoiding the question it seems to be pointing out that he might be underage, remember lying is possible so ID him or something, it he has no ID, he's underage

He didn’t lie lol he’s actually 18 he just said why and laughed then told me his age but I was just curious why he didn’t ask me my age
