There is one guy in our gym and he is kind of my trainer as well. First of all, he acts a bit awkward around me. I do not know how to explain that. As soon as I got into the room he stop talking with his friends. He talks to everyone, except me. (Even other women, and girls) He is struggling to make eye contact with me. I have noticed that he can talk to all other women by making eye contact, but when it comes to me he looks to the floor. I have cathed him staring at me from a distance a couple of times, but whenever I try to talk to him he keeps the conversation very short. Like he does not want to talk with me. But he is 35 years old man, why he acts so weird around me? Is it because he is aware of my crush on him?

Leahzrc is right, if his friends know you have a crush on him, he already knows. He’s probably waiting to see if you’ll make a move on him. He could also already be in a relationship which would explain why he tries to avoid you at the gym.

Listen Honey if you like this guy, why don't you just come out and tell him? Or better yet ask him to go have a coffee with you (no pressure). See where that leads, some guys are friendly with everybody but can be shy around the ones they like.
