Did I do something wrong?

This boy I met through a friend, we planned on watching the new spiderman movie. We went and he jokingly covered my eyes from the one spiderman character that people are like folding for. After that we held hands, like it happened naturally and I hugged his arm/rested my head on his shoulder and he rested his head on mine. We have been talking a lot and I always smile when I get a message from him. Just lately like from I think June 13,2023 to June 18 he has been laggy and a bit dry.. I kept telling myself that he’s just very tired and busy since he was for that whole week. I just don’t know what went wrong.. or what I did wrong.. on Father’s Day which was the 18th I said good morning (his name) and he just said good morning.. he usually tells me Goodmorning (my name).. but lately he hasn’t been saying Goodmorning to me.. it’s now just “I just woke up” he did always say goodnight sleep well (my name) but on Saturday night he just said good night. Now I know this may sound like I’m expecting too much- I’m not. I just notice small changes in behaviors and I tend to overthink about it. On fathers day he was very dry, i asked if he was okay and if something happened, if I did anything; he just said “idk im just tired and drained idk” I told him I am always here if he needed to talk about anything. He said okay and I said okay. But I was left on delivered for about 10 hours.. after the 7th hour hit I texted him “sorry if I keep bothering you, I’ll stop after today, I just hope you sleep well and have a good night” I didn’t get a response until today at 1:30pm.. a whole 24 hours went by. And as of right now I told him how I felt, how I need reassurance and how I just want an explanation.. he doesn’t have to text me 24/7 it’s just the sudden change in his behavior that’s confusing me. He even made a list of cute little dates for us to do.. so what did I do wrong here?
