Coming from a liberal background I would say no or at least not that many women even if they identify as a "feminist". I would rather say that many women have been hurt by guys and by toxic leadership styles in the past so they react allergic or reserved if a guy says he´s dominant, alpha... or starts to talk bad about our guys.

That´s so in my experience because there are men that are good a telling a woman a lot she takes as him making her promises that lead later to disappointments when he can´t deliver. Plus there are many guys that either are porn addicts or have an aggressive leadership style something many women don´t like.

In my experience there are quite a few women that let a guy take the lead if his style of leadership gives them the feeling of being safe, seen and acknowledged. I think modern women show off their self-confident and being self-reliant as far as possible because they´ve learned to not trust right away and make it harder for guy to filter out the most resilient since that guy has proven to be trust-worthy and interested in her. Keep mind being submissive to a guy puts her in a vulnerable position and since guys are way stronger than they are it´s something she will avoid at first.

Many guys nowadays don´t seem to want to invest in a relationship but instead want her submission right away.

I think what could be a problem though is that the expectation of women have sometimes risen to unrealistic levels.

Personally I wouldn´t let a woman lead because I´ve tried it in the past and it never worked out. It made us both miserable and didn´t help friendships and it ended pretty soon.

in an ideal utopian world, this might work but it rarely ever works out that way in reality and sooner or later our biological hardwiring forces us to desire the correct roles Mother Nature has laid out for us

a woman who leads her man will begin to lose respect for her man, sees him as incompetent/incapable/immature, sees herself as superior to him and eventually cheats on or leaves him for an alpha man

a man who is being lead will get frustrated by the lack of appreciation, constant demands, being looked down upon, forced to follow unwritten rules and eventually either takes the reigns back or go elsewhere

Sadly, this is true. If only women could think logically as well as emotionally, then maybe but as things are now, I don’t see men being happy in a woman lead relationship. They will lose respect for the man.

Women will have some things they are better at or know more than you about so I think it's okay to follow her lead in those specific scenarios. It's a back and forth where each person has things they will take the lead on because they have more knowledge about something specific.

That’s an interesting point. Like cooking and cleaning, although I still have to take lead with that for now. I’m very meticulous about things in my household but my lady is learning from me and how I like things. I’m seeing now where as she learns, she’s starting to boss me now. 😂

Women if they admit it or not expect to be taken care of. Even so called independent feminists usually act more entitled to benefits at the companies they work at and they more likely support tax payer funded entitlement programs. They claim to “make it on their own” but in reality they still want paternal support. Now it’s just through the government vs. a man.

Anyway I believe whoever supports the other person financially calls the shots. That doesn’t mean if the other person makes more money they call the shots. But if are dependent on them then you are dependent on them. They (should) wear the pants whether you like it or not.

There are jobs where both genders can be equally good and the ones in which women can be naturally better... in these jobs I won't mind if a woman is leading

But in jobs where men are better... probably the ones that are physically demanding, I won't

Personal experience: I had a women captain who used to give my team advices and lessons on combat and firefight, but personally has never been in combat or a real field job... I personally found most of her lessons really inaccurate when compared to practical combat scenarios... which made me report to my seniors and since then we had only combat veteran males give lessons to us.

Women can be as good as men in many professions like say doctor, engineer, teacher an what not...

But in physically demanding jobs like military , I won't say so...

(I am also against making the physical test easier for women since they are not able to pass the male standards)

I'd say it really depends on whether she's looking for a relationship or just a f*** buddy. Most women today just want f*** buddies. So she might not care whether he leads or not so long as some point he leads her to the bedroom.
