He only replies when I upload a hot picture?

There is this guy I like, he is an avoidant hence takes days to reply to text. Recently he stopped replying to my texts. I upload stories almost everyday on instagram and he sees them so it's not like he forgets.

The thing is, he takes days to reply to my texts. For example, I send him a question about our careers, he does not reply for 2 days, although he is seeing my stories on those days. On day 3, I upload a hot picture, few hours later he replies answering to that career related question I asked 3 days ago!

He said he stopped replying because he thought I had feelings for him and he did not want to talk. Then why does he text back everytime I upload a hot picture?
