Guy's Behavior

He said he didn't want anything serious. Why is he upset that I got a boyfriend now?

I was good friends with this guy and we had been mutually attracted to each other for a while. We started going on dates and talking and we ended up hooking up. I was under the impression that we were heading towards a relationship but he said he wasn't over his ex and didn't want anything serious. I was hurt for a bit but decided to get over it and continue a friends with benefits relationship which he was happy with. Still, since i wanted a boyfriend i went on a couple dates (which my friends with benefits was aware of) and after a bit found a guy. When i realized i really liked this guy i told my friends with benefits we were done and he said it was okay and that he was happy for me. Yet this past week he has been throwing passive agressive comments on how i ruined a good thing and bringing the guy up in basically every conversation. He then stopped talking to me as often and today he told me he wasn't gonna talk to me anymore and blocked me everywhere. I don’t understand what happened. Any insight would be appreciated.
