I'm Asian and live in NYC, a city overpopulated by people of all kinds of races: white, Asian, black, hispanic, all sorts of immigrants, foreigners from all around the world. I have noticed that I get a lot bad looks from white men , particularly young ones such as 20s-30s. Nobody else gives me bad looks. Not black guys, not hispanic guys, nobody else. Specifically its the kind of look where you think someone is weird. Some of them look like me like I'm an alien or strange. I know I am not weird looking cuz I attract a lot of tourists/ strangers asking me for directions all the time on the streets. Any time someone has a question, they ALWAYS end up asking me. My clothes might be a bit baggy and slightly overweight. If I looked so weird, nobody would want to talk to me.
I've heard that white people in NYC are the most stuck up and they look down on everyone. Is that true? could that be the reason why?
