I met this guy recently at work. He was staring with a slight smile on me during the work presentation. Later I was shy and completely ignored him the next day but felt that he was staring at me all the time while I was near. The next day he ignored me back and interacted with everyone in the group except for me and later the same day I was going out of the elevator and bumped into him, he just looked straight and then back to his phone but he saw me and looked back up real quick and gave this intense gaze so that I felt like we were staring at each for a very long time (but actually few seconds), I said hi and passed by, he said nothing, just smirk… I don’t understand his behaviour…
