What does it mean if a guy worker keeps staring and smiling at me?

Went to the store the day before yesterday and saw a cute guy working alone at the store, he was smiling and staring at me that day (which I know is completely normal and apart of the job) gave me a few deals but when they didn’t come through he said he would just do it for me anyway. I came back the next day but this time he wasn’t working at the register there were 2 other people there but he stared like he did the last time (he seemed excited for whatever reason kinda seemed surprised to see me again) and started smiling at me when he saw me walking towards the register. When I went up to the counter with the other people working there he randomly came over towards them behind the desk (he was hanging up clothes when I walked in) and was still staring and smiling then started interacting with the 2 workers that were working at the register and dancing along to the music and joking around but continuously kept looking over towards me. I could be overthinking it and it means absolutely nothing but just curious.

Well, it wasn’t 30% it was a good 50% and it depends on how I’m feeling and if he’s still staring me down
