He really made it obvious , but I thought that he was shy to approach me , so I found his IG and texted him , but he didn't reply even though he posted 2 hours after I texted him , he ghosted me , so I blocked him

and after that he asked a pen from ME although he could have asked others but I gave him one bc I was in hurry ( and that' so rude , who ghosts someone and then asks them for something like nothing happened , i blocked him for a reason yet he still had the audacity to talk to me ) , and he was so intentional with every move he made (im not being delusional or overthinking im sure of it)

and he told his friend about it (I don't know if he told his other friends too but i know for sure he told someone )

So, in all honestly, you ghosted him. You blocked him over his social media presence before he replied to you. Which is fine you have every right to do that, but you technically ghosted him before he ghosted you. If you did not give at least 24 hours to respond, then you ghosted him.

Now I do not disagree with you, if someone is seriously interested, they reply within the first hour, or at least within the first 4 hours... after that it gets shaky. But nobody technically ghosted until you start blocking people.

But I do a lot of online dating, and it's so exhausting... sometimes you see that message come in and you just have to ask yourself do you really want to do this today.

I would agree.. just technically speaking you ghosted him. If you block him you ghosted. I am not saying you did anyth8ng wrong here. I mean if someone's not interested in you, then just say that. It's a lot easier then just getting nothing back.

Yeah I don't know how it is with other people but I don't get message notifications from Instagram. I usually end up seeing that someone messaged me in my email. And I don't check my email that often either. It could be possible that he just hasn't seen your message. I would say the way to figure this out and move on is to ask him in person. That way he'd have to give you a yes or a no, then you wouldn't have to wonder anymore.

Oof ok well that changes things. Either he's being like what everyone else is saying which I'm feeling like is very possible. Or maybe he actually does like you and is very nervous to talk to you, I know I've been really nervous to talk to a girl I liked lol. If he does like you but is really nervous to talk to you so he doesn't say anything. He'll most likely never ask you out first, not without major assistance from you (lights on a runway for airplanes that are landing for example). If it's the second option then you could consider doing what I suggested earlier and just straight up ask him in person.
