Why would a guy message me off of other peoples phones and constantly bring me up to people? It’s been almost a year and I found out that he would constantly bring me up to people and told me he’s had a hard time moving on from me. Mind you, he never told me he had feelings for me and started acting like this after he said he didn’t wanna date me anymore. His female best friend hates me, but he’s okay with committing to her but not me. He also cried the last conversation we had when I told him I didn’t wanna be with him. Why would a guy act like this?

Because he´s immature and floating around. Depending on how he feels he´s either in contact with you or her. I think he created an imagine in his head where he can live a life with the both of you girls in it and it doesn´t work so he´s struggling with it. I think the best is to cut him off and move on because it´s not your job to educate him how to set priorities. It also takes your chances from finding a boyfriend if other guys think that you´re involved in a complicated triangle love story.
