My boyfriend becoming arrogant, and mean towards me what does it mean?

Me and my boyfriend been together for 3 years, he would always tell me how much he hates when someone is arrogant and now after he graduated and got a job he acting so arrogant his attitude has changed and he tells me to find a job- I don't know really how to feel its not like I don’t want to work I tried before everyone to find a job and still am its just they all have friends or someone supporting them and thats how they got a job while im just alone- its too much pressure on me and im really sad🥹 plus he doesn’t really care a lot about me he says he does but he can go a day not texting me or asking about me and he doesn’t like when i talk about our relationship or romantic stuff like when he talks about something and i turn it into smth romantic and about me he doesn’t really listen to that and he will just be silent- but when i asked him if he is serious about us he said yes he is im just all confused
