I’m on a no contact with boyfriend for a week, I need advise?

Right so my boyfriend and I are together for 4 years. We’ve had our ups and downs lately. Last weekend he wanted to come down to mine, but I refused as I feel he’s very moody lately. On Monday he came down for a chat and it seemed like it was turning to a break up as he was stating he was unhappy and that I’m holding him back from going on lad holidays etc. I was accepting it and he was crying and was giving out to me for not crying, but he was treating me bad the last few weeks. He tried to come back around me by touching my leg and I said look we will do a break for one week. We both think and see what happens. I contacted him Thursday as I feel ready for the chat and he said he wants the full week. I feel no point in dragging it out. The deal was we were meant to sc each other one Snapchat a day, but he never kept up the deal. As on Snapchat I’m still blocked. As when it was turning to a breakup I asked to be blocked as I didn’t want him to have access to our old conversations. Does this look like it’s turning to a breakup?

Also I asked him was he ready for the chat and he said he wants to wait the full week, then meet Monday for the chat

“I feel no point in dragging this out”, I agree with this statement of yours wholeheartedly. I don’t believe in breaks — you’re either in or your out, no straddling the fence, keeping a little contact to hang on, giving enough rope to hang yourselves, this whole dance is exhausting and I think you’re at the end of it. Yes there will be tears and pain, you went through a lot in 4 years. Doesn’t mean you stay together because of history though, and sometimes loves just isn’t enough to fix shit. You aren’t married, no kids, let him go so you can move on with your lives.
