How do guys typically speak to you or of you when they like you?

There’s this guy I work with. He’s pretty young, 22, I’m 27. He’s always such a gentleman and so nice and he gives me such positive comments. In any conversation he finds a way to, in a way, speak highly of me. One day all of my co workers were talking about weed and he asked if I smoked and I told him that I use to. Then he says “It seems like you sit in your robe at home and drink wine.” Then he asked if I had kids. I told him that I have a son and he said “I bet you’re a great mother. Do you have siblings?” I told him I have a sister and he asked if I was the oldest and when I told him that I was his response was “I can tell. You’re just so responsible.” And He’s always asking if I’m good or okay anytime he runs into me at work.
