I've been on here reading posts asking, "how to tell if a guy really likes you" and I notice girls will answer with body language answers and men more with he does xyz.

I think this is where a lot of us girls screw ourselves up getting attached to guys who are merely attracted to us and do not actually like us. I. e. want to connect to us, grow with us. 🌱

So, gentlemen 🎩 can you help your XX humans out and reveal to us how we can tell that a guy actually likes 👩🏾‍❤️‍💋‍👨🏻 us vs. only being attracted.💃🏽 🥵🐕

I'd say the main difference that a guy that actually likes a girl is attracted to her physically and also likes her character, while the guy that's attracted only looks on physical attributes and doesn't want to know about her life. I would say it can be tricky to differentiate because a guy that's physically attracted doesn't want her to see that. I would say the guy that actually likes a girl is more patient since he wants to do it right and not mess it up. I think a guy that actually likes a girl cares about her and wants her to be comfortable around him while a guy that's physical attributes looks to achieve his own goals with her. His interest (only attracted guy) in her is merely physical so when she loses physical attraction in his eyes he's gone. Or he's gone because he found another girl he's attracted to. He sometimes shows signs or points out that he has options. He also stays distant and stares or is just looking for sex but he doesn't want an emotional connection.

For me the difference is that I remember a woman I really like longer than a woman I'm just physically attracted to because liking a woman makes me build a bond with her, she becomes part of my life. That means that I'm interested in small things like how was your day/holiday what stresses her and I try to be part of her life.

Thanks. It's nuanced a bit. Easy to miss when we girls are also clouded by attraction. Most of us girls are looking for our guy. I believe girls who say their cool with casual stuff and believe they can just screw around unscathed like men can are lying to themselves.

If I recall from my younger years, body language (smiles, eye contact) were my "interested/your attractive " sign. "Liking" came after we actually met. I e we oils show genuine interest through conversation, kindness, and not going for "home plate" (never really looked to do that in the first place).
Real conversation would actually take place, that delved into her life and her interests.

Back to the hand holding, it's not nothing it's just that things go so fast and it's almost as if us young people in our 20s are looked down upon if we don't treat dating like a buffet. So people are just caught up in the rush and flip on a dime so quick.

Anyhow, I think I should write attraction vs liking. If I like a woman I usually try to make it known in my words and actions. But if it's just attraction I usually just look and be shy and look away.

I think the nervousness (like I'm experiencing right now) can overlap between the two kinds of attraction, but when we're sexually aroused, the added dimension of the physical changes, caused by sweating, uneasiness and the accompanying erection are, collectively, harder to conceal.

Well added on beeing friendly they will tease you, be more attentive (remembers even small details about or/and brings them up), will do you small favours and so on.

The most important thing however is that he does that only or mainly only with you. If you think a guy likes you and he does above mentioned things maybe observe how he is treating other girls around him. If he is flirty/attentive and so on to other girls aswell he likely has no real interest in you.

Actually, there was another waiter who was staring at me and couldn't talk to me. I got a very bad feeling about him. Two other waiters would flirt with me and three others would be super nice I guess to get me to like the waiter guy.

Anyway, now all of the staff there aren't rude but they are very super serious with me. No smiley faces. Just super super professional. Not being playful with me nothing at all. Big change.
