Boyfriend judges me for falling asleep?

So a few days ago while I was texting him I fell asleep for like 30 mins. It was 10pm so kind of early. When I replied after falling asleep he got annoyed and said it’s pathetic for my age that I can’t stay awake past 10pm. I literally don’t fall asleep every night at that time. He is still annoyed at me for that. Am I wrong in thinking he’s being judgmental?
