So this guy coworker start asking me to do him favors as I call recently he never asked me to do anything for him until lately?

For instance we made a deal long story short he asked if I can get him biscuit and fries (I did), bit too long ago just yesterday he kept asking me what I got for lunch I said nothing I’m fasting, than few min later his like no QT (gas station) I was like I might go to just buy me a drink than he was like if you do can you get me sprite and barbecue chips ( he pay back) I was like if I go than sure I guess, so I ended up getting him that… and we do always usually talk here and there at work and he always greets me good morning and always been good to me but why randomly start asking me to get him things so when I brought him the stuff he was like you know I would of got it here but it’s soo pricy at the vending machine ( honestly he could of went to gas station himself it’s like 5 min away)… why he being like that

Hmm that is kinda weird that he's suddenly asking you to get him stuff more often. A few possibilities:

- He's just being lazy and taking advantage of you being willing to help out. Some guys will push boundaries like that if they think they can get away with it.

- He might like you and is trying to find any excuse to interact more and get on your good side. Asking favors is an easy way to do that.

- Work could be stressful for him lately and he's just trying to avoid leaving the building on breaks if he doesn't have to.

I wouldn't read too much into it, but I'd keep an eye on how often he asks and what the requests are. If it keeps being small stuff he could easily get himself, he's probably just being lazy. Don't be afraid to say no once in a while so he doesn't start expecting you to be his personal assistant. As long as he's still respectful otherwise I wouldn't make a big deal of it. Just watch for any changes in behavior.
