Why do you guys say I “disappear” and is it toxic if he literally ghost me after those comments?

Literally this guy I was getting to know mentioned it twice yesterday… it’s like during those time I was working and didn’t reply for 3 hours? And then I fell asleep at home for 4-5 hours due to stress and lack of sleep? He seemed upset because I asked what he mean.. he said it’s nothing and then got nonchalant even though I apologize to say I fell asleep and asked about his day. But he unfriended me and unmatch me. Why do guys say I disappear mean? Like he miss me, he’s getting clingy, or has feelings? I don’t understand how he behave this way enough to just unfriend/unmatch me so quickly… is this toxic? Lol
