A guy told me that he doesn’t want to invest his time in talking if it’s not going anywhere…. Does he have a point? Is he tricking me into sex?

I’m the one who isn’t looking for anything serious and I thought he knew that but I guess he misunderstood. I told him that I just wanted to be a placeholder until he found what he wanted. I told him I didn’t want sex or a relationship. I just wanted to talk etc.

He says he doesn’t want to end up liking me for nothing. He thinks someone may have hurt me or he thinks I’m a lesbian.. he just seems confused on what I want..

but truth is I am hurt. I did tell him that I don’t want to be used and that Im protecting my emotional well being
