Well... It's called being calm and caring. Men are used to hardship in combat or in their jobs (I mean, jobs are basically an evolution of combat situations), but once in a while everyone wants some peace and quiet, and if women are kind and caring towards them, that's a whole new world for them.

I know its odd but sometimes showing the other person that they can lose you is a way to build their attraction for you men or women. Something I've found to be true.
