I mean I personally think a home wrecker is someone who goes outside of the border and cheats me and him have done nothing outside of work and I think he knows better than to to that, but he always gives me special attention as he started buying me drink from the machine and has asked me to get something from the store on lunch, than he will always try having chat with me and saying something as may I help you with anything ( non work related) he also has asked me what am I planning on doing after work etc he has asked me if I think his attractive I asked what his wife thinks he said yes she thinks I’m ugly I doubt that’s true bc he is cute, he always goes pshhh pshhhh to get my attention if he will be passing by anways I keep mentioning to him about his wife and he will kinda back off but some days he is very bothering like one time he said i will stop bothering you till next year 2024 and yet he didn’t keep his word anyways if I’m not really leading him on his the one and I doubt he will cheat with me outside of work I wouldn’t be considered home wrecker right bc that means he has cheated on me and this is clearly not cheating just him being silly

So it's all fun and games, and you are completely blameless because HE starts every interaction, and he wouldn't take it outside work blah blah blah. You seem to have a very naive view of what a shitbag he is. Make no mistake, he would cheat with you in a heartbeat.
