Why I always caught him staring at me already? He also dont look away after being caught I was the one who looks away always?

• Why he stare at me everyday with a straight and innocent face from a long time (2yrs) even if I ignore him he was always protective/supportive for me?
• Hw smiles only some times. But smile dreamly while looking at me smile like idiot when i ask what? He nodded as nothing and continue to stare with smile

Thanks for ur advice☺ and yes i ignore him as much as i can but he was the one who follow me and sometime i too feel pissed off and i dont want any drama cauz if i say something to him my teachers definetly get to know and suspend him surely. I just dont want that someone suffered that much because of me and it maybe it also became wrost in future when he come back. But I always ignore him cauz i'm not intrested in anyone and want to focus my aim i was just irritated yesterday and ask others for their advices and except u everyone give only opinions.
