There is this man who is courting me and asked for my number. I let him know that if he wants to get to know me, I prefer him to call instead of texting. He responded that he would call me, but days passed, and he didn't call. When I saw him again face to face, he stated, "Sorry, I didn't call; I was busy," to which I responded, "It's okay." Then he restated, "I'm going to call you," but he didn't call again. Isn't it a huge red flag since the beginning for someone who doesn't keep his word? I don't want any lack of consistency and to waste my time. What do you think of that situation?
