I been talking to this guy for nearly a month after he asked for my snap at work (we work at coffee shop) after he spoke with each other that shift day.

He messages me every day, asks questions and send selfie and voice notes once every while however! He never flirt directly just once send photo of his physic? Was that his attempt at flirting? Because I'm worried he may just send it to any first girl.

And in person his awkward, his body language and behaviour gives of neveriouse vibes however over time his been trying to talk to me more.

It feels like he may like me but yet at same time! He never flirts or completes me?

So I'm not 100% what goes through his mind!

Ask yourself the same questions. Do you talk to people every day and ask them questions if you don't like them? I bet not. Maybe he is keeping it professional at work like you should be doing. Don't flirt while on the clock. You are paid to do a job and not try to pick up guys. Same as he is being paid to work and not flirt with girls. I think you are reading way too much into what snaps texts or whatever mean. What do you mean completes you? That means something totally different where I am from. I wouldn't lead with that one.
