Do men act weird around women they are attracted to in the workplace?

Some men avoid me and act very stiff around me but keep glancing at me when think I don't notice. For instance when some of them hear my voice they turn around or stand up just to take a quick look but don't say anything even though I've been in the company for months. Or when they see me leaving the office some would follow me just to walk a few meters behind me but no one tries to make small talk with me and keeps conversation dry and short. I feel like they only like the view from behind but secretly hate me. I also know for a fact that one of those men shit talk me behind my back. Is it weird that I find that creepy? And why do they act like this?

You can't expect men to behave naturally around you when any move they make could be the end of their career. Anything a woman perceives as harassment could be deemed as harassment so although they may find you attractive, they won't act on it (if they have any sense). I am not shy and have plenty to talk about, but I rarely bother...

maybe if they're shy. But at my workplace, guys seem more out there to try to get that extra attention or flirt if they're attracted to me or other women.

our workplace is pretty chill and even encourages friendships at work so no one would care. most of them even spend time outside of work together and flirt constantly even at work

I had a case recently where 10 guys were making stuff up to a girl about me at work.
And I didn't even do anything they constantly manipulate me because of my looks and jealousy

They laughed and high fived each other thinking ng they were great they watched everything I do and even make up things as they go along. yes some of them did they've don't it with few girls. girls get so manipulated too they think these are good guys. disappointing
