Eh, not really unless she was interested. Often you end up distracted while with your partner, so you should not watch something you do not care much about the story for.
Also, I do want us to share some interests, but some things I want to enjoy on my own. Having differences is nice in a relationship and can give you a fresher perspectives on things.
s Both me and my partner love anime. He has a few favourites, and I had already seen most of them before we met, but thereās one I havenāt seen and itās because I canāt handle it 😬 lol. Too much gore.
I tried getting him to watch my favourite anime but he couldnāt get into it, he watched the whole thing but only remembers bits and pieces due to zoning out some of it. Which is fair enough, itās not everyones taste.
My ex wanted me to get into it with him. I don't know it was just a turnoff to me
If she likes one piece... we may have to break up lol.
I've seen most good anime, so I doubt she would offer me one I haven't seen that's good and hopefully she don't like such bad anime.

I like that because then I get to relive my very first time watching it through her eyes. She can also show me some that she likes. Another reason is that if she likes it, you both have another thing in common and something exciting to talk about. And third, if you share the same taste, you can now start finding new ones together. It's great quality time.
I don't know that I've ever watched much anime, I'm guessing some kids movies would count?

That'd be pretty dope I know a lot of genuinely good shows with great story telling. But it's also not a big deal if a partner didn't want to watch them with me, so long as they make a fuss about me watching them.
I like anime and would like to watch them with her, particularly - Studio Ghibli movies, Redline, Kimi Ni Todoke, Fairy Tail, Panty and Stocking, and many more. I'd also be interested in watching live action shows together like Izombie, Ghosts, Seinfeld, Dr. Who and others.
