My boyfriend is snapping other girls. he told me it is ok because he does it for the streaks and does not send full-face photos. Is that normal?

We have been talking for months, and he just started doing these streaks out of the blue. He said they were with girls he had on his phone before meeting me. And he does not talk to 99% of these girls. Not sure who the one percent he is talking to or what about. He won't tell me. I only found out about this because he ghosted me, and I posted on my Instagram story that he ghosted me, and another girl messaged me and said, " Well, he just snapped me. So, I asked him about it, and he said yes, he was snapping at other girls. I know it started recently because his snap increased significantly in the last few days.

Keeping streaks is stupid and immature. Why the hell would someone sane in the head be bothered to sending pictures to those 99% of those girls he doesn't even talk to? It's futile. As for this guy, does he dutifully send streaks to guys on his snap as well?
