We were outside walking and we started to argue about our dog. Then he said suddenly "fuck you" because I just took the dog from him. He said I did it in a stressing way and he lost his mind after that. I went to market after that and he waited. I came from market and ignored him because I didn't like his behaviour before. Then we fought in the street and used bad words, then he just walked home alone. This was the first time we fight this bad. We solved the fight but I still think about it. I didn't like his behaviour. I don't know what to do and I think that our relationship gone worse.

This is really not good if the fighting has gone to public spaces. If you can't act civil to each other in public this sounds like it is not a good relationship to continue. I am only going to guess that if you argue like that on the street that it must be at least ten times worse in private. If he (or you) can't control that sorta anger around each other and it is constantly boiling over I see two choices. Go to some couples therapy or call it what it is... which is a relationship that isn't sustainable anymore. Sometimes you just have to cut your losses and come to the realization that it isn't going to work.

Well first of all you need to take some accountability yourself. Unless he’s got some mental issues I don’t think he just said “fuck you” for the hell of it. Maybe your actions, maybe something you said. I’m not justifying him saying something like that but you played a part in this as well. It just wasn’t him. So think about what you did. Your actions.
