Is my supervisor crossing a line when he called me „good girl“?

Anonymous

My supervisor visited me in the lab and inquired if I wore appropriate shoes. When he looked down and saw my ankle boots he started laughing and called me a „good girl“ in a sarcastic way. At first I took it as a joke but now I’m not so sure if „good girl“ is out of line. Since he is only 38 and I’m 25 I don’t think he meant it in a fatherly way. What do you think?
