If he is constantly doing it and making it his priority and allowing it to consume most of his day and he isn’t really doing anything else through out the day , then that it isn’t normal,, if he only likes to play and watch on occasion ,? just to relax after a day of work or after he done chores around the house , then that’s normal if he just wants to unwind and relax for a couple hours to take his mind off of things. But if he is constantly putting off things and ignoring you and ignoring chores that need completed , than sadly
he has a problem , and it could mean something is bothering him, that he is not talking about or addressing , he might be going through depression or he might have an addictive personality , if he is constantly ignoring you and keeping his distance from you , than that can be a problem as well in your relationship as to why his focus is on video games and YouTube. My advice to you is to have a sit down talk with him and discuss your concerns to him , don’t demand him to do what you say , try to figure out if something is bothering him and tell him you notice he spends a lot of time on video games and that you feel ignored by him , if he loves you , he will open up to you and more than likely tell you what’s been on his mind , but if he gets upset at you and ignores you and doesn’t open up to you , then you have a right to distance yourself from him and go do your own thing , if he chooses not to compromise with you. Sometimes people need a wake up call in relationships , so by you going to go do your own thing , might make him realize what he is doing is wrong

I’m not sure if it’s “normal.” But I don’t see anything wrong w it unless it becomes so addicting that it’s affecting his personal life, his job, etc. I play some games at age 45, but I still work, usually 24 hours OT every two weeks. Plus I take care of my responsibilities at home like yard work, my girl, etc. Trust me it’s a lot better than him going out drinking, getting stupid w his buddies. I’m not opposed to a man going to dinner w some friends, maybe having a drink but a lot of men can’t control that. It’s better than him using drugs or out fucking other women.
I played gta, need for speed, tekken back in the day. I think it's common in the western world, its become à normalized hobby many have lost the art of reading and such. But it is well

No! But that is what "today's generation" loves... so...🤷♂️, what you seed is what you harvest!
That's a... very suspicious virgule. Assuming you mean the "Grand Theft Auto" game franchise, and not ACTUALLY stealing cars and using incorrect grammar, then yes, it's normal. We've passed the point, as a society, where we think growing up means abandoning what you love.
Common yes
Normal no
These are the guys whining about how they'll never afford anything.
Geez, I wonder whyYup video games are not for children anymore. If you don't like it find a new man. Most men have hobbies and most are a lot worse
it is common, n some games are only for adults but i considered that a red flag.
Yes very normal, many guys like to play video games.
If he likes it there are worse things he could be doing
I see what ever a person finds fun to do at any age, normal to do (providing they aren't addicted or harming anyone).
I guess as long as it is not too frequently and I bet you would rather him do that then watch porn!!!
LOL Another one of these. Dude leave men and their games alone. I've been gaming since the 80's. Yes its normal for a 30 year old man to play GTA. Accept it, live with it and move on. SMH.
No real gentlemen play something like Warthunder.
Yes I think it's normal for a 30 year old man to play GTA I don't see why it wouldn't be normal🤷🏽
I think so. The only problem is when they prioritize games over duties.
