Guy's Behavior

I think this guy from my gym followed me to the store yesterday. We saw each other and ended up talking for about 30 minutes. Does he like me?

First off I have a boyfriend who never goes to the gym with me because he is a mechanic who has back problems and gets enough of a work out from that on a day to day basis. There is this guy I have been noticing at the gym for the past couple months looking at me but I never pay it any mind because I just go to get my work out in and then leave. The gym closed early last night so I then decided to go over to the store across the street to buy some things that I needed. I was in there for about 5 minutes about to check out and then all of a sudden I see him walk in the door. At first it seemed like he was waiting over by the entrance to for me to get done but then he came around right behind me to get in line. I then just all of sudden turned around and told him "hey, how are you doing?" and then he said it back. Then a lady asked him if he needed any help and he went on to purchase some nicotine. I checked out first and then he checked out and I knew he was right behind me so as soon as we left together I decided to just start a conversation. He parked his vehicle next to mine in the lot too so we walked over and just starting talking. We talked about were we work and live and I immediately told him my age (24) and that I live with my boyfriend but he didn't ask if I did have a boyfriend. Come to find out he is actually 34. He was very nice but I just got this weird feeling like he followed me over there to have a reason to come and talk to me because of all days when I finally decide to go over there he is there too when other times he just usually pulls off from the gym and goes home. I just saw him today again and all he did was wave at me when he saw me and I waved back but we didn't talk. I did tell my boyfriend too about the guy but he is very secure and trusts me. I think he likes me but he respects that I have a boyfriend. Opinions?

We keep seeing each other in the gym of course lol. It's interesting because he will come up and work out next to me and wave but won't talk to me first. He will only talk if I say something first like just saying "what's up?". I think he is still just trying to be respectful towards me having a boyfriend which I appreciate.
