I practice a martial art that allows full contact strikes to the groin and groin protection is not allowed in order to focus attention on blocking and avoiding strikes, and women definitely strike more to the male groin to win fights and sparring matches. All the other three options are typically done in desperation and rarely, but women kneeing or kicking men in the groin to win is fairly common I would say.
