I added this man who I’ll call *Dave;* from an Autistic friendship and dating site. One minute, he was acting like a friend, the next he was lovebombing me and then he posted all these disturbing things on Facebook, about being broken and breaking up and a cartoon of a woman (who I think was meant to be me); making mean remarks, saying something like; ‘Why do I feel so disgusting? Do you love me? Do you love me? I want to puke!’ After making sure Dave wasn’t suicidal, I blocked him. Both of us have Asperger’s and I’m bewildered by his behaviour. What on earth was going on there?

You were both having a human experience. You felt uneasy and rightfully protected yourself and he was hurt more than he was previously hurt. He will need to learn how to cope amd deal with his life decisions but that isn't your problem. Good luck with your future human interactions.
I don’t understand why he was hurt. We’d barely known each other a week. Then in his mind, he decided I was his girlfriend.
I never broke up with him, or said or thought any of this stuff. We never even dated. I just said I wanted to be friends.
Autism is a spectrum. He is emotionally immature and had a skewed perspective.
